Designed and refined user interfaces for complex software systems that automate and simplify customs, trade compliance, and logistics processes. Focused on improving usability, structuring complex workflows, and creating coherent product experiences across evolving digital systems. Worked on UX design for internal tools and product interfaces, supporting organizational and product transformation.

Worked in a dynamic startup environment with a focus on conceptualizing a new web presence for the Mawendo platform. Developed UX/UI designs, information architecture, and visual components to support future product and brand positioning in the digital health sector.
